The ST-100 Industrial Shredder is a complex, heavy-duty shredder machine that features a 32” x 60” cutting chamber, which enables it to handle a wide range of products as well as bulky wastes. It can tear through some of the tougher loads, such as wooden pallets, metals, hazardous wastes, passenger tires, and more. Once these products go through our shredder, they end up in a smaller, optimum shred size. It works with a large-duty throughput of up to 3 tons per hour, working much more efficiently for the business. Offering you significant durability and higher service factors, the shredder features a new cast steel body design with bulkhead walls and labyrinth barriers located at each end of the cutting chamber for maximum bearing and seal protection

Each knife is designed to suit the application for maximum throughput and shred size so that they can cleanly bite into the tough products, such as wood, steel, metal, rubber, and so much more.

With the unique design of the machined hex shafts, it offers maximized knife placement configurations to suit the desired application much more easily. It also allows for easier knife removal and machine maintenance to keep the shredder functioning optimally. Our engineers have designed the hex shaft to be several times stronger than a keyed shaft. Hopper

In-Feed & Out-Feed Conveyor
